I intend to remove the following company from the
New Zealand Register of Companies under section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955.
The company is being wound up and I have reasonable cause to believe that no liquidator is acting.
TV3 NETWORK LIMITED (in liquidation).
At the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, its name will be struck off the Register and it will be dissolved, unless cause is shown to the contrary.
