Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
The Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company is now completed and the liquidator’s final report has been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove the company from the Companies Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
