Notice of Intention to Remove Society From
the Register
I, Keith Bruce de Ridder, the liquidator of the Levin Sexual Abuse Centre Incorporated, give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies to remove this Society from the Register of Incorporated Societies on the grounds that the members of the society have resolved to put the society into liquidation in accordance with section 24
of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
Any person objecting to the removal must notify the Registrar no later than the 9th day of September 2005.
