I, Jurgen W. Herbke, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at Shop 26, 215 Kepa Road, Eastridge Shopping Centre, Auckland, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 28th day of February 2005, the company will be removed from the Register.
