Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Daran Nair, liquidator of G.J. Glucina & Sons Limited
(in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 102 Balmoral Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, hereby give notice that, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from
the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than the 29th day of July 2005.
