Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is Level Ten, 15 Willeston Street, Wellington, has now been completed.
The liquidator’s final report and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, have been sent
to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 12th day of July 2005.
