Take notice that the above-named company, having realised all its assets and discharged all its liabilities, is to be removed from the Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any person objecting to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must deliver a notice specifying the reason(s) for their objection to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, by the 12th day of May 2005, failing which, the company shall be removed from the Register.
