Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Bruce Arthur Maclean, liquidator of RL Filter Limited (formerly Robinson Industries Limited) (in liquidation), hereby give notice that I intend to make application to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar on or before the 13th day of May 2005, the Registrar will remove the company from the Register.
