Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove
N.A. Kirkpatrick Nominees Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at B J Pearson & Co, Mahara Place, Waikanae, from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 381 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 29th day of April 2005.
