Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Comtech Systems Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at 7 Rata Street, New Lynn, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of
the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered
to the Registrar is the 22nd day of April 2005.
