Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Colin A. Vazey, liquidator of Rotheley Holdings Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The assets of the company were sold in 2003 and the directors placed the company into voluntary liquidation
on the 29th day of January 2004.
The company has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 10th day of April 2005.
