Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Steel Technology (N.Z.) Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at 17 Trugood Drive, East Tamaki, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 18th day of April 2005.
