Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Mark van Rossem, liquidator of Stephens & Meder Investments Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 15 Sackville Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of
the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, I intend to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from
the Register.
The request will be made on the grounds that the company ceased to carry on its business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed
its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 31st day of March 2005.
