Notice of Application for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
The liquidation of the above-named company has been completed and the final report has been sent to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993.
A request that the company be removed from the Companies Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, has been made.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of this notice.
