AGL NZ Limited hereby gives notice that it intends, after the 24th day of March 2005 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice is published), to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
