Trust Boards
Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
Eden Refuge Trust 212162 (12 November 2004).
Te Pohue District School Trust 614253 (24 September 1997).
With this publication such trusts are revived from the date
of this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
