Trust Boards
Section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trust Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
Piopio Retirement Trust Board 11086 (2 November 1995).
Te Rangatahi Trust 45715 (19 October 1995).
With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of this dissolution (noted below) as if no dissolution had taken place.
