Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is given that Bruce Harold Douglas, being a director of the company, proposes to give notice to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), to remove Gita Geospatial Information
& Technology Association Australia & New Zealand Division, having its registered office at Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level Two, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Overseas Register of Companies.
The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 341 of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
