Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Stratus Technologies Ireland Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand as from the 15th day of March 2006.
