Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is given that Frank McCarthy, being a duly authorised agent of the above-named company, proposes
to give notice to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), to remove Callaway Golf South Pacific Pty Limited,
having its registered office at Simpson Grierson, Level
Twenty-seven, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the
New Zealand Overseas Register of Companies.
The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Act, on the grounds that the company intends to cease carrying on a business in New Zealand
(as defined by the Act) with effect from the 31st day of December 2005.
