New Zealand
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Volcom Australia Pty Limited:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, Volcom Australia Pty Limited will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Volcom New Zealand Limited, a subsidiary of Volcom Australia Pty Limited, will continue operating in
New Zealand.
