Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
American Bankers Life Assurance Company of Florida (“the overseas company”) gives notice that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand on the 1st day of October 1997.
This notice is given to complete the formal requirements for removal of the overseas company from the Overseas Register.
