Notice of Intention of Overseas Company to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Sandhurst Trustees Limited,
of CST Nexia Limited, Level Three, CST Nexia Centre,
22 Amersham Way, Manukau City, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 9th day of December 2005 (being a date not less than three months after the date of this notice).
