Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Hawker Pacific Pty Limited,
a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand as from the 1st day
of December 2005.
