Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in
New Zealand
Osdesign Pty Limited, a company incorporated under
the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an
overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a)
of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business
in New Zealand on the 27th day of October 2005, or soon after that date.
