Public Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of
America and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 31st day of October 2005 or soon after that date.
