Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Ofriscate Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom and registered in New Zealand under the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and, no earlier than three months from the date of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar in the prescribed form, causing the Registrar to remove it from the Overseas Register of Companies as soon as practicable after the date specified in that notice.
