The company gives notice, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that after the expiration of three months from the date of publication of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar of Companies that it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The business of the company is now carried out in
New Zealand through LDS Family Services New Zealand Limited.
