Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Online Investors Advantage Incorporated, a company incorporated under the laws of Utah, United States of America, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 14th day of October 2005, or soon after that date.
