Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
F&C Emerging Markets Investment Trust Plc, an overseas company within the meaning of section 332 of the Companies Act 1993, gives notice that it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand from the 30th day of June 2005.
