Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Autologic Information International Pty. Limited, an overseas company registered in New Zealand, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand from the 23rd day of September 2005.
