Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Polynesian Airlines (Holdings) Limited, a company incorporated in Samoa, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand as from the 30th day of September 2005.
