Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of
the Companies Act 1993, that MLC Investments Limited,
a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand as from 31st day of August 2005.
