Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Loctite Australia Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will request
the Registrar of Companies to remove it from the
Overseas Register not earlier than three months from
the date of publication of this notice.
