Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that Mayne Pharma Pty Limited intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from the 30th day of June 2005.
The business will continue to be carried on under the name of Mayne Pharma (NZ) Limited, a New Zealand registered company.
