Notice is hereby given that ANZ Leasing (Vic) Pty
Limited, whose registered office is 215-229 Lambton
Quay, Wellington, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will request the Registrar of Companies to remove it from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of the publication of this notice.
