Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that the company intends to cease
to carry on business in New Zealand and be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.
