Notice of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Preussag Energie GmbH (“the overseas company”) gives notice that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand on the 13th day of May 2003.
This notice is given to complete the formal requirements
for removal of the overseas company from the Overseas Register.
