Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 22nd day of November 2004 against Castle, Brent Joseph, of 8 Gibbs Crescent, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt, Wellington, was annulled by order of the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 22nd day of November 2004.
The order of adjudication dated the 28th day of September 2005 against Phillips, Graeme John, of 501 Mount Albert Road, Mt Albert, Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b)
of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 4th day of October 2005.
