Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 6th day of August 2003 against McGuire, Malcolm Simon, of Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant
to section 119 (1) (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 4th day of March 2004.
The order of adjudication dated the 18th day of August 2004 against Wood, Richard Jeffrey Hargest, of Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 18th day of August 2004.
