Take notice that on the 4th day of February 2005, an application for putting Corner Pubs Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 28th day of April 2005 at 10.00 a.m.

that date.
