Take notice that on the 30th day of November 2004, an application for putting Love Clothing Australasia Limited (as trustee of the trustees in the Love Clothing Australasia Number One Trust and trustee of the trustees in the Love Clothing Australasia Number Two Trust, being partners in the Love Clothing Australasia Trusts Partnership) into liquidation by the Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 3rd day of March 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is Technical and Legal Support, Auckland North Service Centre, Inland Revenue Department, 5-7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, Auckland.
