into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 28th day of January 2005,
an application to put Liffey Lifestyle Village Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was
filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of March 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are L. P. Dirkzwager, H. M. Dirkzwager and J. M. Abbot (as trustees of the Dirkzwager Family Trust), whose address for service is at the office of Simon Mortlock Partners, Level Eight, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
