Take notice that on the 21st day of December 2004, an application for the liquidation of Plade Holdings Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 28th day of February 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is University of Otago, whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp Advantage House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
