Take notice that on the 28th day of November 2005, an application for putting The Gibbston Valley Cheese Company (2001) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Thursday, the 16th day of February 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Kirstine Campbell and Graeme Budge, whose address for service is care of the offices of Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Ground Floor, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Anderson Lloyd Caudwell, Solicitors, Private Bag 1959, Dunedin; or
