Take notice that on the 17th day of November 2005, an application for putting Kingly Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 30th day of January 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
