Take notice that on the 29th day of November 2005, an application for the winding up of T-Bone Properties Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 30th day of January 2006
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
