Take notice that on the 7th day of October 2005, an application for putting C.A.T. Roofing Contractors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on the 12th day of December 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Taranaki Steelformers Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Treadwell Gordon, Suite Eight, Wicksteed Terrace (P.O. Box 4084 or D.X. P.A. 87-505), Wanganui.
