Take notice that on the 13th day of September 2005, an application for putting Krukziener Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 15th day of December 2005
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Monument Finance Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells
& Cormack, Twentieth Floor, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland (Counsel Acting:
