Take notice that on the 6th day of September 2005, an application to place Kaitaia Milk Producers Assn Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 7th day of December 2005 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fairlawn Farms Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Richard Charles Mark, Solicitor, 9 Hobson Avenue (P.O. Box 172), Kerikeri.
